How to Start Posting Videos on Hive

Decentralized video looks hard but takes only minutes. Here's the path from account creation to your first IGSH upload.

Pick a provider at signup.hive.io and choose a username. Save your master password securely — it can never be reset.

Add the Hive Keychain browser extension and import your account. From then on you sign in and post without ever exposing your private keys.

Open igsh.tv, log in with Keychain, and use Upload to pin your video to IPFS and publish to Hive. Your video is now live worldwide.
